Room Wanted: Quiet and Comfortable Accommodation

I am looking for a peaceful, budget-friendly room in a calm household. I value privacy and cleanliness, and it is a must that all residents are non-smokers (including not smoking even outside). Ideally, the room would have an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and more control over hygiene. I am also open to an affordable self-contained studio if available.

Being able to meet the other residents before signing any paperwork would also be a way to gauge compatibility.
