Looking for a Place in London from September 2026

🌟 Hi, I’m Jéssica! 🌟

I’m 32 and have been living in Cambridge for the past decade, but I’m now planning a move to London in the next few months (flexible but ideally from SEPTEMBER 2026) so I’m starting my search early.

I’ve lived both in shared houses and on my own, and I have excellent references from previous landlords. I’m clean, organised, respectful of shared spaces, and very considerate of the people I live with. I don't expect absolute silence but would prefer a house that respects quiet hours in the early morning and late in the evening. I'm very clean and expect the same from my housemates too.

👋 A bit about me:
I’m sociable and easygoing, and I love getting to know my housemates but I also really value and respect personal space. At home, I tend to keep things calm and relaxed, though I’m always up for a coffee after work, a pub trip, a run, or a cosy movie night.

I work from home occasionally, so a house that’s quiet during the day would suit me well.

🧘‍♀️ What I’m into:

- Stretching
- Creative writing
- Skateboarding (I try...)
- Yoga (I’ve technically only done it once, but everyone mentions it in their ads so I’ll keep it here too 😄)

🏡 What I’m looking for:

- A room in a friendly, respectful household
- An ensuite (ideally), though I can be flexible for the right place
- I also have a friend planning a move so two rooms in the same house would be amazing, but I’m absolutely fine searching independently!
