A positive, respectful and people person working as Corporate Legal advisor looking for a place in East London(preferably Mile End, Bow or Limehouse area)

I'm an easy going guy, keeping myself busy with things apart from just work. I respect people's need for space when needed and I like having quiet nights as well. I am very tidy (I do mean it!) and clean. Sharing work around the house is not an issue for me at all as I clean after myself properly and don't like leaving things behind me.

I don't like the idea of being in a party house and don't do it myself either. Doesn't stop me from socialising now and then ofcourse!

What im looking for is a double room in modern and clean house, with good facilities. Ideally looking for a room around 1,200 with bills. I would prefer to have a more modern house but open to options. Also PREFER my own bathroom seperate or ensuite doesn't matter. Balcony would be a big bonus but not essential.
