31F, looking for a double room!

Hi, I’m Jess and I’m looking for a new room from around September (2 month notice period on current place!)

Ideally looking around Blackhorse Road/Walthamstow area to have good access to the Victoria line but fairly flexible, looking at up to £1,200 for rent, but again flexible for the right place.

I work in marketing within the travel industry (great perks - have treated previous housemates to trips to the Caribbean!) and work from home three days a week so would need space for a desk in my room.

Looking for somewhere fairly chilled, I’m used to living with friends so it would be nice to be able to have a chat over dinner or watch TV together, but also enjoy my own space and doing my own thing.

As for hobbies and interests I’m really into running, cooking, reading, festivals and many other fun things, so hopefully we can bond over some of those!
