Looking for new place to call home

I’m 32 and have lived in Brixton for the last 10 years. I’ve always loved the area, and after spending the last 6 months travelling, I’m now back in London and looking for a new place to call home.

I’m a fairly easy-going flatmate — clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. In all my previous flat I’ve ended up becoming good friends with my flatmates, so I’m definitely looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room.

I have a pretty active social life and am often out seeing friends, trying new restaurants, going to gigs, the cinema (big fan of the Ritzy), yoga, tennis, or generally doing something arty. In the summer you’ll usually find me in the park or at the lido. That said, I’m equally happy with a quieter evening at home cooking, sharing a bottle of wine, or watching a film together.

I’m ideally looking to move in around August, although I can be flexible on dates.
