Hi, I’m currently looking for a single room to rent for at least 6–18 months (open to longer)while I focus on saving. I’m looking for a full-time let (7 days a week), with a budget of £500–£600 per month, including bills. Not willing to budge on this currently, unless en-suite.

I would like to move in and around the Croydon area due to my work commitments.

I work as a public health nurse and have a stable, full-time job. I’m friendly, respectful, and clean. I do enjoy my own space and tend to keep to myself most of the time.

I’m an early riser and usually head to the gym around 4am, so I have a fairly quiet and structured routine. Outside of that, I mostly relax in my room.

My current tenancy ends the end of September so I would like to be moved by mid September, 1st October.
