Civil Servant Professional Seeking Accomodation

I am currently working in Burton-upon-Trent. I work full time as a civil servant and work 2 days a week from home. Looking for somewhere more rural, quiet, not interested in city homes or flats! Ideally I'd like to live in between Burton and Nottingham.

I have a lovely 9 years old black cat who is well trained and enjoys going outside. We are looking for a double room or a place to rent, even if it's niche, like a cabin at the bottom of the garden or something! :)

I have lived in a house share with a 79 year old lady for the past 2 years. I'm respectful, clean and tidy.
