33 y/o looking for lovely housemates

Hiya, I'm Francesca!

I'm a born and bred Londoner (kind of) and while I adore my current place and housemates in Peckham where I've been for 5 years, I feel it's probably time to graduate from my single bed/box room before I turn 34 later this year. I'm tentatively putting the feelers out there and taking my time so I find the right people and would love to find somewhere I can be just as happy as I am now.

About me:

I’m an actor, so naturally I work in an office 5 days a week (I mostly work in the charity sector) and I spend a lot of my time seeing plays, seeing friends, zipping round London on my bike, and trying to be wholesome with yoga/sauna/getting into the countryside whenever I can. But like most people, I see-saw between being sociable and having no social battery/needing to be a hermit, and just really love coming back to somewhere lovely with lovely people so I can comfortably doomscroll on the sofa/in bed with a bag of maltesers Other things: I'm a lefty (politically, not handwriting), I don't have a partner, and I feel the cold easily so I'm a bit nervous about leaving my house where the heating is included in the rent!

I also do a lot of catsitting for friends around London so there are often periods when I’m away for a few weeks on end chilling with my friends’ cats.

What I'm looking for:

My friends and current housemates are mostly in their 30s and 40s so I'd like to find a home with similar ages.

I really enjoy looking after a place and being part of a home, and definitely value not living like a student anymore, despite still being a terrible cook and having no money.

It's also worth saying I'm a bit of a night owl so even though I’m not noisy, I’m keen to avoid somewhere where it’s lights off and tiptoeing around the house by candlelight after 10pm as I’ll still have a good 2 hours of the day left in me at least! And I quit drinking 2 years ago but I'm not a morning person anyway so I can't even be smug about being up bright and early at the weekend.
