Looking for a flat/room

Hey future housemate!

I’m a 30-year-old Head Chef working full-time in hospitality (hotel industry), looking for a room/flat or a buddy-up in Ealing, Chiswick, Barnes, Putney, Wandsworth, or Greenwich. My budget is around £1,500 PCM, and I’m aiming for a move-in around Feb 25th (flexible, could be mid/late -March).

🍽 I cook – And not just for myself. If you’re lucky, there may be the occasional chef quality meal waiting for you.
🧼 Clean & tidy – I won’t leave dirty dishes in the sink or socks on the floor. No mysterious life forms growing in the fridge.
🏋️ Active lifestyle – Football, gym, tennis, running, cycling – basically, if it involves movement, I’m in.
📖 Big on books, podcasts, tech & finance – Love learning and chatting about interesting stuff.
🍻 Sociable but laid-back – Not the life of the party, but definitely up for a drink, a good chat, or a chilled movie night.
🌎 Travel, nature, animals, and food lover – Bonus points if you’re the same. If you have a pet, I’ll probably be their new best friend.

🏡 A calm, well-maintained home shared with just one other person – no big, crowded house shares.
🚭 No smoking indoors.
🧽 Clean & considerate housemate – If your idea of “cleaning” is hoping someone else does it, we might not be a match.
