Tidy personal trainer relocating from London

Hi, I'm Seb, 32, a personal trainer relocating from London for work.

I'm looking for a quiet, well kept double room or studio flat in the Bournemouth area from early December (flexible to mid December), for at least 6 months and longer if it suits.

About me

Non smoker, no pets, tidy and respectful of shared spaces and house rules.
Personal trainer with my own PT business. I speak English, Spanish and Catalan.
My partner lives in Eastleigh and will visit occasionally. She isn't moving in.
References available, and I can comfortably cover the rent.

What I'm looking for

Budget up to £1,100 to £1,200 a month, bills included.
A home with no more than three people in total, including me.
Secure bike storage in the home or nearby, as I get around by bike. (Although not mandatory)
Space for a desk in the room, as I work from home sometimes.
A live out landlord, an agent or housemates only.

I'm wrapping things up in London, so I can only do video viewings for now, and I'm happy to fit around your time.
