Community-loving housemate seeking a relaxed home

My name is Christina.
Currently living in Brockley and hoping to stay around this area / South London as it’s really become home for me... I love the community vibe here. I have recently been given a Section 21 notice so I’m needing to find somewhere new. I am open to moving from now but looking for the right place too.
I work as a Project Officer supporting communities which I really enjoy. Outside of work, I like walking, exploring, and meeting new people... Going to the Theatre... Love films especially horror.
My budget is up to £840 in total, ideally all-inclusive if possible.
I am really friendly and quite chatty! I love meeting people and would be looking for housemates who are similar and up for a social, easygoing home. I also really respect people’s boundaries and shared space. I love food and I am tidy.
