HI, I am Jay and I need a room (a single or double) . I am hoping to share with a friendly and relaxed bunch who aren't adverse to the odd glass or wine or summer BBQ.
I enjoy reading and driving. I am quite a quiet and studious person. I enjoy making music and attending church when i get the chance.
My budget's around £400 per month but a bit more might be possible for the right room with the right people. If you've got a room and think we might get on then get in touch prefer not to live in a smoking household but smoking outside is fine plus I am OK with pets.
