I'm James, 32, working in tech sales (office 2-3 days a week, so plenty of time out of the house). I've lived in London for 7 years and I'm moving from East to South or West — flexible depending on what comes up.
Looking for a double room, en-suite preferred but not essential. My main priority is a clean, chilled home - I want somewhere that feels easy to live in, not a place with constant drama or mess.
A bit about me: I've got a big friend group and I'm usually out seeing them at weekends, so I'm not around 24/7. I've also been building a side business recently, so weekday evenings are often spent heads-down on that.
