Friendly Professional looking for a quiet home

Hi!
I'm a friendly, independent, clean and tidy, quiet-at-home person looking to move somewhere new, ideally by the end of August 2026.

I currently work both in Marketing and Education and im a freelance performing artist as well but currently applying for other more 9-5 roles for winter.
Im also starting a counselling course in September so will be juggling work and studying :) Because of that and as I work hybrid at the moment I would like a double room big enough for a desk and chair. Im often quite busy with work and I like to keep weeknights fairly quiet and chill so that I can deliver during the week!
But I do like a chat and would like to be part of a friendly house share with people open to hanging out/making dinner together sometimes or going out to shows/having friends over sometimes on weekends.

Perks of having me as a housemate:
- I come with a great magic bullet blender im happy to share and I love cooking
- I love to crochet and will happily gift you a crochet creation!
- I love all animals and am happy to pet sit for you if there is a pet in the home (i have loads of experience pet and house sitting)
- I can drive and hope to be given a company car so might be able to offer my skills if anyone needs a hand moving things!

My ideal room:
- Double room on a top floor
- Ideally ensuite or sharing with just one other clean person
- Lots of natural light

My ideal home:
- Non-smoking house with a garden
- Friendly, calm, peaceful people
- LGBTQ or allies
- Transport links to central london ~15mins walk from house
