Looking for a room/1 bed flat

Hi!
I’m a 32-year-old working professional looking for a room (ideally with an ensuite) or possibly a one-bed flat in Clapham, Wandsworth, Wimbledon, or Hammersmith from May 2026.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and very respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time Monday–Friday and have a good balance between being sociable and enjoying a quiet night in.

I’m not looking for a party house — more a relaxed, friendly home.

Outside of work, I enjoy:
Keeping active (walks / exploring London)
The occasional pub trip or dinner out
Film nights or a good series binge
Weekends away when I can

What I’m looking for:
A clean, well-kept home with good transport links
Ideally an ensuite (but open to the right place!)
Friendly housemates who are up for the odd chat but also respect personal space
