Mature male seeks a double room

I am a separated, very clean and tidy male aged 55 looking for a good sized double room (or annex/flat) for a few months whilst i get settled in the area. I am happy to share with males or females preferably late 30's onwards... I am looking for somewhere to move in from 9th September and have a budget of 550 pcm.
