Mum and daughter looking for flat/ houseshare

I am a 50 something divorced mum with my 14 years old daughter. I'm French with a settled status and she is British. We are both bilingual French/ English and delightful ;-) well-behaved, tidy and easy going looking for a flat/ house share with a professional lady in the Dulwich, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, Streatham, Stockwell, Norwood, West Norwood, Forest hill area... South East preferably or South West London.
My daughter and I would share the same bedroom so would like it to be a decent size. I have just been offered a job and would be happy to rent from the end of July or August although we'll only move at the end of August or beginning of September.
We are always out and about especially at the weekend or during the school holidays. Joséphine goes away to her Dad's every other weekend!
Maybe we could flat hunt together? Or you already have a room you think would be suitable.
