Mum and daughter looking for flat/ houseshare

I am a 50 something divorced mum with my 14 years old daughter. I'm French with a settled status and she is British. We are both bilingual French/ English and delightful, ;-) well-behaved, tidy and easy going looking for a flat/ house share with a professional lady in the Dulwich, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill, Streatham, Stockwell, Norwood, West Norwood, Forest hill area... South East preferably or South West London.
My daughter and I would share the same bedroom so would like it to be a decent size. and we would love a garden. I have just been offered a job and would love to move by the 1st of July but would be very happy to rent from June if needed although I'll only move in July. My daughter Joséphine would move in in August.
We are often out and about especially at the weekend or during the school holidays. Joséphine goes away to her Dad's every other weekend!
Maybe we could flat hunt together? Or you already have a room you think would be suitable.
