Quiet working male looking for a bedsit or flatshare with mature, respectful people.

I am not a party animal, although I do like the odd drink now and then, and I like to laugh. I have a good sense of humour, but not very tolerant of pranksters.
I prefer to live in an environment with adults only. I can tolerate kids for short periods, but don't really have a lot of patience for noisy kids or teenagers.
I adore dogs, but am not a fan of cats at all.

I am clean living, and like to keep my living space clean, and tidy, and I am more than willing to help out with household chores, and a little gardening now and then. I also don't mind helping with interior decor etc.

I work mainly late shifts, finishing after midnight during the week, and alternate between earlies and lates on weekends.

I am sociable, but value my privacy, and like my solitude from time to time, and prefer not to live in other peoples pockets.

As mentioned, I am quiet, so you will hardly know I am around, when at home.
