Likeable Lodger Looking for Landlord / Landlady

Note: sharing with live in landlord / landlady only. No estate agents, no "luxury large double 2m x 2m room" type people please. Large room = at least 4m x 5m.

I am a friendly, professional designer looking to make a change in location.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?
---
MUST be a live in landlord or landlady looking to let out their spare room(s) - a considerate person with a sense of quiet when it comes to not waking others with doors and general clatter! :) Must be a very large room or could be a small bedroom with a spare room such as a loft where I can work on my graphic design and photogtaphy.

OTHER DETAILS

I do not drink or smoke. I have no pets and prefer to maintain a high level of cleanliness as I have done with previous lodgings and I am tidy. I currently live in a flat and have been for last few years - however, looking for a change.

I can provide personal and professional references (previous and current landlord who are very happy with the way I treat their property!)
