Professional looking for a 1 bed flat
Hi, I'm a Spanish/British guy in his mid 30s, returning to London after 5 years away in Australia & Spain.
I work on special effects for films, series and ads, in Soho/Hackney. This sometimes demands long hours, and as such, I am not too keen on throwing parties; I just want some place to call home and relax, with a kitchen that is always tidy and no messy flatmates to clean after.
The apartment needs to have the kitchen separate from the bedroom, and the more windows, the better. I am somewhat sensitive to noise so I would discard any properties right by a major road.
I am ready to start renting your place right now, as I will be landing in London on 6 June.
There is some wiggle room, I could go up to 1400 if it included bills with good Internet speed, or the property is genuinely amazing for the budget. The ideal place would be near a large park and not further away than 10 min to the closest train/tube station, and for the cherry on top, would have some kind of balcony where I could attempt to keep plants alive.
