Hello!

We are a professional couple relocating to beautiful Edinburgh around August 10th. We are searching for a temporary room in a shared apartment or a whole flat to serve as our base while we settle into the city.

We are both established professionals:

Him: A Software Developer.
Her: A Sales and Marketing Director.

Our Qualities as Housemates:
We pride ourselves on being excellent, reliable tenants. We are exceptionally clean, tidy, and quiet individuals who value a peaceful environment after a busy workday. We completely respect personal space and house rules but are equally happy to share a casual chat or a coffee with housemates over the weekend.

We are non-smokers, don't have pets, and guarantee absolute financial reliability and prompt rent payments.

What We Are Looking For:

- A double room in a flatshare, a studio, or a 1-bed entire property.
- Must be located inside the Edinburgh city limits with decent public transport links (no towns outside the city, please!).

Duration:
Short-term / Temporary (flexible on length, looking for a few weeks to a few months to start).

Our Budget:

For a Room: £600 – £800 pcm (bills included preferred)

For an Entire Flat: Up to £1,100 pcm
