Independent - Shared Accommodation

I'm looking for accommodation closer to the city centre, I am currently living out of London. The ideal housemate to live with would be willing to share a living space and like having guests.

I work in the Walthamstow, as a Designer and Software Developer by Clapham Junction and volunteer building community groups in Kingston.

I can afford to 125ppw for utilities and rent, but i would like to keep expenses low.
