I am looking for an easy going cleanand considerate house share- preferably with en suite bathroom & toilet. I am a law graduate and former carer with enhanced CRB clearance and generally a neat, reliable and honest person who is and generally easy going but responsible
DWP to pay the rent as I am in receipt of UC & disability
So if you have an ensuite double room in the Small Heath Area or else where close by and you are are a decent private landlord that can provide a tenancy contract or a licenced HMO registered with BCC you will get paid rent in advance
