Room for professional, Buddy up* welcome.

I am 41, male, a professional working at The University of Sheffield, and I am looking for a room (preferably near the city centre) initially for 6 months (which may be extended up to a year). I like to be clean and tidy and maintain a hygienic environment (both in terms of space and thoughts) with other flatmates. I am quiet and respectful. I don't mind sharing the house with not more than three people. I also looking for a room where my family including my wife, a 18 months old baby and a medium size dog can stay for couple of nights once in a while.
