Housetrained Gay Welshman Looking for Double Room

55 yrold gay professional (civil service). looking for a new place to live. Currently in Camberwell but looking to move back to the Stockwell/Clapham/Vauxhall / Kennington area.

Ideally in a gay or at least gay friendly with a double room with decent storage space, and hopefully good cooking facilities.

Looking for a friendly /tidy flat/ house, but not a 24 hour party place. Introverted but sociable. Very self sufficient , respectful of those I live with. I value my privacy but also appreciate the occasional opportunity to socialise, and meet new people, even if its just over a morning coffee,

I'm very well house trained and used to getting involved where keeping things clean and tidy are concerned. I specialise in making sure the bins get put out in time on bin day.

I enjoy the theatre, contemporary dance, taking advantage of the cultural delights of the city I call home, the gym, (Even at 6.30 am) cooking be it for me or a group, and eating (hence the gym going).

Work in Westminster and almost totally office based.
