Hey! I am a 30-year-old South African and British professional female currently working near Blackfriars, looking for a double room in a home or flat that feels calm, clean, and easy to live in.


I am office-based and usually work from nine to five, so I am out of the house during the day during the week. I am fairly flexible on area and have listed a few preferences on my profile, but I am generally open as long as there is an easy commute in London. I am looking to move as soon as possible, ideally within the next month, with a budget of around £900 including bills.


I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and I am very much a “clean as you go” person. I really value a respectful, relaxed home environment where people are mindful of noise and comfortable communicating directly if anything comes up.


Socially, I am quite balanced — I enjoy the occasional hangout over wine, movies, or a shared activity, and heading out to gigs or events from time to time. But I also really value introvert time and a home that feels calm and restorative after busy London days.

Most of my friends are musicians or other professionals, so I naturally enjoy creative, easygoing environments and good conversation. I would ideally like to live with professionals or a similar mix of people who are social but also respectful of each other’s space, and I am definitely looking for a home rather than a party house.


I am also a big animal person. I grew up with a long-haired cat and I am usually the person friends ask to look after their pets when they are away, so I am always very happy to live with animals.


Overall, I am friendly, considerate, and easy to live with, and I am hoping to find like-minded housemates.
