Professional bodyworker, looking for a homely base

I am a professional bodyworker, looking for a home in the Manchester area. I am also writing a book (200k words and editing into a final product). I have lived in communities, trained and practised abroad, and I’m looking to settle back into Manchester, finish my book and build my own practice. My modality is a somatic deep tissue bodywork. I specialise in treating clients with persistent pain, stress, tension or trauma through guided awareness, non-reactive observation of sensations, and release of tensions held in the body. It can be pretty intense and tiring work, so I am looking for a place that feels like home where I can relax, recharge, and also enjoy sharing the space, connecting and building friendships.
I’m looking for a room in a shared house (only for living not for my practice), and would hope to become good friends with the people I live with. I have lived in shared houses and communities previously, so I am comfortable sharing space, making easy connecting with others, which can easily go deep, whilst also maintaining standards, respecting boundaries and sensitive to the needs / energy of others.
I enjoy social time, shared meals, hikes, board games, movies and deep conversations about everything and anything.
