32 Year Old Teacher with 3 (Great) Cats

Hey!

I’m a 32-year-old assistant principal and teacher looking for a friendly, relaxed house share in London. You’ll be pleased to know I’m in the office five days a week, so I won’t be crowding your WFH setup.

Outside of work, I’m into tag rugby, martial arts and the gym. I’m also always up for watching the football, heading to the pub, or just chilling at home with a movie. I’m easy-going, clean, and considerate — happy to socialise over a drink or film, but equally respectful of people’s space and downtime.

Full transparency — I do come with three cats: Winnie, Buddy and Isabelle. I completely understand that pets can be a sticking point, so I want to reassure you they’re very affectionate, sociable and well-behaved. They’re clean, tidy, and don’t scratch or damage furniture. If the property has a garden, I’m happy to train them to use the toilet outside over time. They’ve lived with me in three previous house shares without any problems, and my fellow housemates have all ended up falling in love with them.

If it helps put your mind at ease, I’m happy to pay a slightly larger deposit or take out pet insurance to cover any potential damage (though they’ve never caused any in the past). I make sure they’re well cared for, so they won’t be a nuisance — and they’ll happily keep your lap warm in the winter (a bonus with energy bills these days!).
