Me and my spaniel looking for a home

Hi my name is Shauna I'm 33 years old.
I work on events at KCL. I currently live South London and looking for somewhere with a little more greenery. Ideally next to a park.

I need to give my landlord one months notice to end my contract.

I am looking for a double room, as I work from home 2/3 days a week and preferably unfurnished so I can bring my bed etc.

I'm an Events Manager, so can be out a few evenings a week, when I'm not working I love going to dinner with my friends or going to the pub, enjoy a pub quiz but I'm not a big drinker. At the weekend I'm visiting friends or having a chill weekend in.

I'm easy going, looking for a home not just a house and I'm a very clean and tidy person looking to live with like minded people. Looking for housemates to have the occasional glass of wine, dinner and watch crime drama with.

I have a small dog (not quite knee height) Evie, who will be moving with me, she's small for her breed, very social and sweet girl who loves to give cuddles and potter around the house.

It's important those I live with like dogs, so it's enjoyable for everyone. As I'd like her to have free reign of the house (not other peoples rooms just common areas) She currently has a walker for on the days I'm in the office so she's not your responsibility, she's well socialized, she's fully trained but she may paw you for a belly rub.

Willing to pay larger deposit because of the dog.

My move in date is flexible. I do require a garden for the pooch!
