An en-suite for myself or a 2 bed with a friend

I am interested in renting a double room + own bathroom in a lovely area in London, as central as possible, as well as Hampstead or Richmond for not more than 1350 a month. I’m looking for a place with a desk and enough storage - a spacious closet and perhaps other storage space outside the room.

I am also considering moving with my current housemate, antique dealer in his 50s, to a 2 bed 2 bath if anything convenient becomes available. The budget for both of us would be around 2500 - 2600, depending on bills.

I am a screenwriter/filmmaker, I studied at NFTS and now I’m working on high profile film sets and my own projects. I’m a film buff, music lover and artist. Previous to my film journey, I studied fashion design. Love to meet likeminded people and listen to their stories. I am very tidy and hope to find a pleasant and inspiring environment to live in, conducive for my writing. I’m moving from a lovely place in Richmond and hope to find a place that feels like the perfect fit for me in London. Looking forward to meeting you!
