Quiet professional seeking south-west sanctuary

I'm looking for a new home in the South-West (ideally Bude or Falmouth) at the beginning of 2027.

I work remotely as a personal assistant (I do have to travel to London and Cambridge regularly) but I also do part time catering work and recipe creation. I love all things food, animals, yoga, movement and nature. I'm originally from London but have lived and travelled all over the world, I like to spend as much time as I can outside in nature (the beach has always felt like home) and I'm really respectful of space and boundaries when living with others.

What I'm looking for:
- spaciousness & lots of natural light (all I really need aside from a decent sized bedroom is some space to practice yoga)
- furnished & own bathroom (preferably + must have a bath)
- a home as opposed to just a renting a room
- close to the beach

I would love to find people with similar values who have created a peaceful, welcoming home (or want to group together to create one).
