Quiet, clean, mindful lady looking for a home

Hello, i'm posting on behalf of my mother.

She's an incredibly sweet lady, loves clean spaces, and is very quiet.

Due to her health and recent operation, we would like her to be closer. However, we are struggling to find rent within our budget.

She is a little apprehensive about doing a shared situation due to poor experiences in the past, so if we could meet some checkboxes we might be able to reunite this daughter and mother :) (I appreciate we're not in the situation to ask for much but you just never know)

- We are looking for somewhere in Rye, or close by.
- A place by herself would be ideal.
- Otherwise with someone who would also like a calm and peaceful home, who is respectful, and clean.
- Some sort of outdoor space, she is an early riser and will sit outside to listen to the birds.
- Unusual living arrangements like on a farm, caravan, converted garages, etc do not phase her.
- Long term let, somewhere she can live at for at least 3+ years. Moving at any point in your life is stressful, but it gets more taxing in your later years.

A little about her:

- As mentioned, she is a clean person. Keeping her spaces spotless.
- A very friendly person and gets on with everyone, but does like time to herself to recharge. And generally likes calm quiet environments.
- She is a smoker, but will always smoke outside and respects people who do not.
- She loves gardening, she has previously kept and maintained allotments, flower gardens, and more. So she's quite skilled there, though after her operation she needs to take it steadier.
- Absolutely adores animals, especially cows.
- Due to her health, she now get help towards her rent from universal credit.
