Looking to potentially buddy up with 1-2 others

Hi, I'm James.

I work in legal. Currently living in a single bed apartment in the city centre. Looking to potentially buddy up with with one or two others. I'll need to give 2 months' notice and would preferably like to stay in or around city centre.

I'm quiet (but not unsocial), considerate and clean. I'm also gay so would like an lgbt friendly environment. Aside from work (which keeps me very busy), I gym regularly and prefer chill nights in than out. I don't really enjoy going out to clubs or bars and don't drink. Happy to play tennis or padel if you're into the same.
