Social housemate finding a place to call home

I am a full-time working professional with a permanent and secure job working at a London university. I’m looking for a new home in South West London having lived in London on and off for the last four years. Looking for min. 12 month let place moving in either October or November 2026 but can be flexible.

I do work from home from time to time so space for a desk is a must have and a space (living room and garden) to socialise with flatmates and friends would be preferred. I do go out in the evenings and weekends and would like to socialise with housemates more as friends, where possible.

I enjoy socialising with people and friends say I’m easy to get along with but also appreciate my own and everyone else’s space. I am very clean, respectful and looking for a lovely place to call home.
