Hi there. My name is Joe. I am 46 year old man and a working full time professional. I do not have any children, don't smoke and only drink socially. I do not have any pets and am looking ideally for a LIVE IN landlord. I generally keep myself to myself but can be sociable too. I am looking for a quiet house preferably. It would be nice to share with other people around a similar age however I am open to other age groups too. I'm a frugal guy and so ideally I'm looking for a single room within my budget £500 MAX PCM. I am looking for a spare room in either County Durham or Wearside areas.
