Roughly fortnightly stays

I live & work 50% in York and 50% down south. Typically 2 weeks in York (8 days in the office), 2 weeks south WFH. Might stay in York a bit longer on occasions e. g. if needed for a work meeting or training.

Hence looking for somewhere inclusive of all bills and taxes for when I’m in York.

This pattern means you’ll have the benefit of still having your house to yourself a lot of the time.

I'm fairly quiet/shy hence would rather be sharing in a smaller household and be renting a room that's big enough to fit a chair, TV and desk in.
