Easygoing scientist (33) after a sociable house

Hi! I'm James, 33, looking for a room in a friendly house or flatshare from mid-September.

I'm a scientist at Uni of Greenwich working on renewable energy materials. On campus a couple of days a week, home the rest, with the odd trip away for experiments.

Moving over from west London and keen to get south of the river, I've got friends around Nunhead, Dulwich and Brixton.

After somewhere that feels like a house rather than just a set of rooms. A good kitchen and a garden would be brilliant, I'm a keen cook and happy to feed people. Up for a beer in the garden or a film night, equally happy doing my own thing.

Tidy, easygoing, low drama.

Areas: Nunhead, Peckham, Brockley, Crofton Park, Honor Oak, East Dulwich, Forest Hill, Hither Green. Around £900-1,200 depending on what's included.

Full time job, references and proof of income no problem. Got a car so parking or an easy permit is a bonus.
