WANTED 1 bed preferably 2 so can use 1 as office

Hello,

Wanted: quiet ensuite room double bedroom, studio or self contained apartment wanted.

I am artistic and creative so love handmade items, I design & make jewellery, cards, and enjoy sketching.

I am a professional voice over artist and a chocolate maker. I would like some space to be able to work from home some of the time.

I am sociable but need peace and quiet and like to be near/in nature (... and no that doesn't mean to offer me a shepherd's hut or a tent!). I like my home comforts, mod cons, etc. cleanliness, clean communal areas, and definitely quiet.

I would only like to share with 1 other person or 2 at the most.

I am sociable but like my quiet time.

Place must meet all necessary safety landlord compliances.

I have a house in Spain so this would only be half of the year most likely split up into 3 month segments at the moment.
It would be nice, but not essential to have a training buddy for swimming, fitness/resistance training as this is an important part of my life along with healthy nutrition.
