29F seeking double room

Hey, I’m 29 and work in marketing. I’m currently looking for a spacious double room, ideally with an en-suite and enough space in the flat for a desk (preferably outside my bedroom but no bother if not) as I work from home on hybrid basis. I’d ideally like to have access to a living room and balcony/outdoor space.

I’m pretty flexible on area, but ideally somewhere in London zones 1–4, northwest, west, south and southwest London. Happy to look further out of London provided the rent is affordable. A plus if there is parking and the property is within a 15 minute walk of a nearby station taking me into London.

I’m sociable and enjoy a good catch-up or movie night, but I also really value my own space and downtime. I’m very clean and organised, so I’m looking for a home where people are respectful of shared spaces and generally keep things tidy.

Outside of work, I’m really into music and DJ occasionally (always respectful with noise), and I enjoy art exhibitions, theatre shows, concerts, travelling when I can, and long walks. My gym routine could definitely be more consistent, so even better if you’re looking for a gym buddy!

Budget is around £950 including bills. Open to buddying up with the right person to find somewhere nice together too. Happy to meet for a coffee or viewing first to see if we’d be a good fit as housemates.
