Looking for a peaceful place

Hi guys, I’m Iva, currently live and work in Wandsworth for a plumbing and electrical supplier, and sadly my long term landlords are selling up, so the place I’ve called home for 7 years will no longer be.

I’m looking into Wandsworth, Earlsfield, Southfields, Tooting, Putney, Fulham, potentially Stockwell and Kennington because these are all within cycling distance from work

I get along very well with gay and straight men and women who don’t like drama, I’m somewhat of a straight-talking tomboy.

I’m into rock, chilli, cats, Spanish house and Scottish banter, Latin beats and Thai food ;) I’m an introvert, but my Whatsapp comedy improv is legendary (my current flatmate scores me 5*), so I’m looking for calm ,clean and quiet flatmates who will let me be an introvert but laugh at my jokes 😇. Also, when I say clean, it’s not only because of that being a standard term, I actually am very concerned with people being considerate enough to clean up after themselves, because I never leave my mess for other people to deal with in a flat-share and this for me is non-negotiable. I leave shared areas how I’d like to find them and I expect the same in return

I also have a lot of plants I’d need to accommodate and I really want secure bike storage options as I cycle everywhere.

I would love to find an ensuite if possible or a minimally shared bathroom, I can’t be bothered to cook more than once a week, but I like baking cakes so I won’t be slaving over the stovetop often, I’d rather spend time in the gym

My notice is end of June and I’ve taken time off then so preferably that will be my move date, but for the right place I’ll move before then.
