32 year old Australian woman looking for flatshare

My name is Sarah. I?m 32 years old from Australia. I have been living in London for 1 year.

WHAT I?M LOOKING FOR
- double room, preferably with some space (not cramped). Furnished.
- all bills included in rent.
- broadband / internet (so I keep in contact with my family in Australia)
- not a party flatshare
- close to amenities and transport links (bus, Tube, etc)

ABOUT ME
I?m a supply teacher working in different schools in the area (regular work). I also rehearse and perform with the London Symphony Chorus (in association with the London Symphony Orchestra) and West End Musical Choir, and do extras work in TV and film, when I can get it. I am very musical and will often be singing. I take my singing very seriously as I want to pursue this professionally. Don?t worry, I don?t make noise at odd times of the night.

I also love to read, and have collected a bit of a library since I moved here. I read mostly mystery and classic fiction. I like a good historical biography every now and again.

I?m generally a very calm, quiet person who likes to chill out when I?m home. I am not a ?party person? or a ?clubber?, however I do like a glass of wine and good conversation at the end of the day.

I would like to live in Kensington, (including Olympia, South, West, and North), as I like the area, and love walking in the Park when I need to clear my head.

NOTE: Due to my rehearsal and performance schedule, I will sometimes return to the flat late at night. So the area needs to be safe to walk around at night.
