In Need: 1 Bedroom with a Garden

I am looking for a nice spacious 1 bedroom flat, Annexe or Guesthouse for myself. I am happy to buddy up with the right person/people on a bigger property. I am pretty open minded. I am friendly, bubbly, clean and a easy going person to live with. I am pet lovers, so if you own pets there will be no problem. I am a Sphocker and a fine artist/designer, I also have interests in miniature garden design. I am on a time constraint so realistically, need to find somewhere as quickly as possible. Looking for a spacious propert with garden. Preferably deposit free and can pay 1 months rent in advance. I will pay the 6th of every month like clockwork. I also have a therapy cat called Max and he is non negotiable. One last thing if budding up it needs to be a whole property or two double bedrooms to be all inclusive (so bills, coucil tax, etc, included in the rent and our combined minimum is £1100 per month (with some bills and/or concil tax included) maximum £1400 per month (all inclusive).
