Couple looking for 1 / 2 bedroom flat

Reliable, easy-going guys - James and Joe - seeking a new home. Preferably with a garden to tend, but not essential. Ideally to rent by ourselves, but also open to discreet buddy up / homeshare if a suitable opportunity arises. No cats as allergic, but dogs are fine (we don't have any pets currently).
