A nice place for 10 days each month

Hi, my name is Melanie. I will be a new mature student for the BSc Clinical Herbalism degree at Linconl. The course lessons are made by block, basically 1 full week every month. This is why i am looking for a nice sunny room to stay mainly for about 10 days each month while going to lessons/clinic and some days of quiet study here in Lincoln. The other 2-3 weeks i live in London with my husband, where i also work part-time within the wellness field.

I am very respectful, clean, tidy and friendly too. Originally i am from Tuscany (Italy).

- I am looking for a NICE SUNNY ROOM in a clean/tidy house sharing preferably with max 3-4 other respectful, non-smoking, quiet and friendly people.

In my room i will need a chest of drawers, little wardrobe, and a wide desk to study. A small fridge in the room might be useful too.

I lived several years in flatshare in the past (with live-in landlord/lady) while working in London.

Aside from study while i will be at Lincolm i will hope also to relax and enjoy the lovely little town.

- Preferable location in/around Lincoln College, with possibility of parking in case i will came by car.

- Sharing of a clean and tidy kitchen (also kept clean and tidy), living room, washing machine, bathroom and garden if any.
- Max rent no more than 350-400 monthly and must included all bills and wi-fi.
- No agency fees.
