Looking for a room by Man Victoria or Picadilly

Hey, I’m Luke, 29, originally from Leeds and relocating to Manchester in the next few weeks for a new role based in Leeds. I’ll be commuting 3 days a week and WFH for 2, so ideally looking for somewhere with good transport links and a space that actually feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’ve spent the last 18 months working across Asia and Australia for a British company, and before that was living in London, so this will be my first time properly living in Manchester.

I’m easygoing, sociable and fairly tidy. I like having a friendly home where people chat and get on, while still respecting each other’s space and downtime. During the week I usually try to get to the gym, and weekends are a mix of dinners, gigs, theatre, festivals, exploring the city or travelling.

Weekdays are usually pretty chilled, gym, dinner, theatre or just switching off after work, while weekends are more likely to involve gigs, festivals, exploring the city or travelling.

Ideally looking to buddy up with someone similar, social but independent, for a nice flat/apartment in Manchester. Open to different setups, but keen for somewhere that feels homely rather than just functional.
