33 year old relocating to Newquay

Heya,

I'm a 33y old looking for a room around Newquay, ideally at walking distance from Great Western Beach and Towan Beach

I moved from Spain to England years ago for work and I'm currently living in London looking to relocate to Newquay for a while

I work as a software engineer from home full-time, so I need a place with good broadband / wifi connection - although most of the time I prefer to escape to work from a coffee-shops if I don't have many meetings

I'm a tidy person and respectful of other people's privacy, while at the same time enjoy sharing interests in common with the people I live with

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, music, coding, and bouldering

I'm moving to Newquay from London for at least the period between mid Sep and mid Nov/Dec, with the idea of learning to surf (total beginner here!), so if you surf, or want to learn, or know already people that do, that would be a big plus as I don't know anyone in town and I'll be starting from scratch
