Quiet but sociable

I'm currently looking to move out of my current accommodation and into a new place. I would like somewhere that are close to amenities walking distance as I don't drive.

I work in childcare 4 days a week 8-6 and while I like to socialise you may not see me from time to time as I like my own space. I am not a huge fan of clubbing and like to spend my evenings especially during the week reading or doing some creative writing. I also play the piano and sing so looking for someone who doesn't mind the occasionally practice.

I am considerate about others and will let them carry on with their own schedule if they have one. I will help keep the communal areas clean and tidy.
