Looking for a new home in Woolwich/Greenwich

The torturous road of finding the perfect living situation has arrived once again. She’s on the market.
Little about me: 37, Estonian, world explorer (have lived in 4 countries over the past 13 years), health nut, self-entiteld masterchef and one hell of a character. That having been said, I'm way beyond done with the early 20's party days and hope for a very peaceful living situation in non-overcrowded setting (sharing with A individual, one is more than enough) where respect between the two is essential. Reliable, punctual, easy going, well organized (maybe too organized?) and a bit of a clean freak. Cookie points for having been blessed with…common sense. What more can you possibly ask for? As a non-smoker myself, I'm also hunting a household that keeps the smoke rather outside than in.

What I'm looking for: a cozy double room with fair amount of storage space around Greenwich, Woolwich or Charlton(ish) area to ease the pain of moving (but I’m keeping an open mind if the situation feels right), and likeminded cool individual to share a new home with. Preferably stable and long term settlement.
