Studio/1-Bed Apartment Wanted – Immediate Move-In

I am an experienced technology professional returning to the UK after several years working overseas. I am relocating permanently and am looking for a comfortable, self-contained studio or one-bedroom apartment as I re-establish myself in the UK.

I am seeking a clean, well-maintained, non-shared property in Swansea or Cardiff, although I would also consider suitable accommodation in Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, or central Bristol. I am available to move immediately and am looking for a tenancy with a straightforward move-in process.

I am a quiet, responsible, and respectful tenant who takes pride in looking after the property I live in. I do not smoke, and I value a peaceful, well-maintained home environment. My priority is to find a property where I can settle quickly while I resume my career in the UK.

I understand that, as I have recently returned from overseas, I mayhave limited recent UK rental history. However, I am happy to provide identification, proof of my professional background, references where available, and any other information required to support my application.
