I'm Luke, a freelance filmmaker and screenwriter based in Southwark currently. Most of my work is corporate video and photography for clients, with longer-term creative projects running alongside. I also study folklore and urban legends for a podcast I do.
Ideally looking for somewhere in north London, though I'm open to most of zones 1-3 if the place is right.
Living style is friendly but independent. Always happy to have a chat, and I don't want to feel like a stranger with people I live with. Although, also happy to do our own things at the same time.
I work from home a fair amount, so a calm flat matters, though I'm not antisocial about it, and I very often go work in a coffee shop when I'm at home anyway as I get restless.
One thing that is a non-negotiable for me is that I like things clean and tidy. I'm not going to be a knob about it or anything, but I'd very much like for us both to respect the house and keep it tidy. I don't mean 'do the dishes right away', I just mean no consistent general mess.
Open to flatmates aged anywhere from 28 to 60. Mainly looking for someone settled and communicative who's easy to share a kitchen with.
