Looking for a Relaxed, Tidy, Place with 1-2 Others

I'm Luke, a freelance filmmaker and content producer based in Southwark currently. Most of my work is corporate video and photography for clients, with longer-term creative projects running alongside - I’m in Italy all of July directing a feature, for example. I also study folklore and urban legends for a podcast I do.

Ideally looking for somewhere in north London, though I'm open to most of zones 1-3 if the place is right.

Also, ideally, I would be moving into a fresh slate with one or two people in a good place (open to three). This is because I have stuff like a Christmas tree, a big TV, a sound system, etc. as I’m moving from a flat. But Hey, that means you get some cool additions alongside me, though!

Living style is friendly but independent. Always happy to have a chat, and I don't want to feel like a stranger with people I live with. Although, also happy to do our own things at the same time. I’d very much like it to feel like living with a mate.

I work from home when I’m not shooting, although I get restless and am often out at a coffee shop anyway. I also go to the cinema a lot and see friends when I can.

Open to flatmates aged anywhere from 25 to 65, to be honest. Mainly looking for someone settled and communicative who's easy to share a kitchen with. Who cleans up after themselves and pulls their weight but isn’t going to cause a drama about a plate in the sink. Ideally we would have a rapport where we can just communicate and chat about things.

Also worth noting I’m straight but very LGTBTQ+ friendly. Love animals. Love movies and the arts in general. I try to approach things with curiosity rather than judgement - except manosphere stuff. I just don’t have the time for that in a living space. I want a chill, safe home, and I want any friend who visits to feel that way too regardless of who they are.
